In the event a guest who has reserved a room within your block check-out prior to the guest's reserved check-out date, room charge will be applied for the entire period of stay as per originally reserved and the amount will charged to individual guest account.
The above early departure fee will only be applicable when the guest already check in to their room or when the room attrition exceeds the attrition allowance.
We recommend that you also inform your attendees of this obligation. The Hotel will deduct any collected early departure fees from the amount you may owe as performance damages.
Any room reservations confirmed and guaranteed by the rooming list, and not claimed before 09:00 hrs. on the day after the arrival date (No Show), room reservation will be cancelled and billed to individual guest account for the duration of the reserved stay.
The Hotel is pleased to welcome participants who may wish to extend their stay in Bangkok at the same group rates for three (3) nights before and after the main Event dates. However, early arrival and extension outside of the group block is subject to the availability of rooms upon the time of request.
Check-in time is 15:00 hrs, check-out time is 12:00 hrs. Guests arriving before 15:00 hrs can store their luggage with our bellman until a room becomes available. For early arrivals, we suggest that rooms/suites are reserved for the day prior to arrival.
A 50% charge of the group rate will apply for late check-out (up to 16:00 hrs.). After 16:00 hrs. the full rate will apply. Early check in and late check out is subject to room availability upon the time of request.
